Terms and Conditions
All services purchased from YogaBuddy Studio must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a PAR-q form (via our website), that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release YogaBuddy Studio, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in instalments, the applicant agrees to approve such instalments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.
REGISTRATION & PURCHASE
To register or purchase from the YogaBuddy Studio online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Retreats in the UK and abroad Cancellation policy* The deposit is non refundable. The dates given for instalments means once those instalments are made they will also be non refundable, this includes special offer rates. Please take a note of the dates of instalments so you are aware when these amounts are due. There will be 7 days in which payment must be received after the due date, if payment or contact hasn't been made then you may lose your space and no refund will be given. It is not the responsibility of the retreat organiser in the event that you cannot make the retreat and you have already paid in full. It will be your responsibility to ensure you can either claim through your insurance or even pass over your space to another person. It is not the responsibility of the event organiser If the retreat has to be postponed due to any natural disaster or any incident that could prevent the retreat from going ahead. If the teacher becomes ill or cannot teach the retreat for any reason, then a suitable teacher following the same principles of Estella will be brought in to teach the retreat. In these circumstances it is strongly advised you have insurance cover for any unforeseen circumstances, this includes illness, injuries and personal cover loss.
Update for COVID-19 policy - If government regulations and legal guidelines instruct a lockdown and the retreat can no longer go ahead, a full refund will be issued or a transfer to another retreat date. However if the retreat is able to go ahead and you decide to cancel, please see the above guidelines. If at the date of the retreat you are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or in self-isolation as of the government guidelines you would not be able to attend, in which case you're responsible for claiming through your own insurance and I will offer you another space on a future retreat, minus the original deposit.
24 hours notice is required for cancellation of single sessions. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended. Cancellation is permitted where an individual is not able to participate in a single sessions for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the individual was not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of missed session and upon receipt, a credit for a makeup session will be issued but cannot be refunded.
7 days of notice is required for workshop or program cancellations. Cancellations within 6 days of a workshop date cannot be refunded. Medical cancellations are permitted where an athlete or team is not able to participate for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the individual was not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of missed session and upon receipt, a credit for a makeup session will be issued but cannot be refunded.
